We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee which is applicable for first-time accounts. Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. Refunds only apply to the money back guarantee. There are no refunds on domain name registrations, service addons such as WHMCS etc, software licenses, administrative fees, support or install fees. Account renewals and recurring payments after the money back guarantee are non-refundable. We will not refund accounts that do not cancel before their next due date. Meaning, while canceling, your last payment made prior to canceling will not be refunded. Client may request a cancellation date that matches the service end date.
Also there is no money back guarantee for dedicated servers. They are expensive to purchase, setup and maintain, so we aren’t able to offer a money back guarantee unfortunately.
If you are receiving an error similar to “Domain mydomain.com has exceeded the max emails per hour allowed. Message discarded.” in an email bounceback message, this means that you have a limit defined that only allows you to send a limited amount of emails per hour within your account.
If these are emails that are sent out as part of a standard mailing list, you have a few options available to you.
Most email clients that are made for mailing such as PHPList have an option to rare-limit the amount of hourly emails that are sent out. For example, if you are sending out 500 emails in a list, you can set it to send out 200 for the first 2 hours, and then 100 for the third which will allow you to send out all of your emails, and still have some space each hour to send any normal communications.
Another option would be to request an hourly email exemption request. This will allow you to raise the hourly email to something that better suits your needs. If you are on a VPS or dedicated server, we do not impose any specific limits so if there is one on your specific cPanel account, our support department can set it to unlimited for you if you would like to.
If you are getting this message when you have not sent a large amount of emails, especially if you are getting bounceback messages that reference email addresses that you did not send to, you will want to speak with our support department as soon as possible to ensure that your account has not been compromised.

The number of websites you can host with one account depends on the hosting plan you select. For Linux Plan 250, it can host 2 websites account. For Linux Plan 500, you can have up to 3 websites.
Yes, each web hosting package must be associated with domain name. Without a domain name, there is no way to access or lead to the information stored on your web hosting account, and therefore without a domain name, web hosting cannot function. If you already have a domain name registered to other provider but would like to use our web hosting, you can either transfer your domain or update nameserver.
Account will be ready within 24-48 hours. Domain propagation usually takes within 24-48 hrs to fully start working.
For most websites, a shared hosting plan is enough. Our shared hosting plans have different sizes and limits and its best to identify what you need initially. What you will need to consider are:
1. How many email accounts and the average mailbox space each will consume
2. The size of the web files, images and other objects on your website
3. The traffic or number of visits per month as it relates to the data transfer or bandwidth allocation
4. The number of total inodes (or the total number of files and folders in your site including emails) as this is limited as well
